The Great Annihilator is a studio album by Swans. It was released in 1995 and re-released in 2002. The re-released version contains "I Am the Sun" (live at the Flesh Club 1996) as bonus track.
For The Great Annihilator, Swans infused more rhythmic, almost danceable, aspects with the sound that they had developed the last several albums.
